Have the same problem. 15 minutes delay on the VRT radio stations. Totally unacceptable!
Will something be done about it?
The way this switch was not communicated is not done and the way it was managed is not acceptable!
Since the switch, we experience a 15' time delay in listening to our internet radio's, as the VRT radio stations.
Many thanks for your immediate solution.
Please confirm if you can do anything about this problem. Otherwise our SoundTouch is basically useless in Belgium!

VRT channels in Belgium are having a 15 min delay strictly related to SoundTouch. This is unacceptable and should be resolved immediately.
Please provide a (temp) solution while your are fixing thix.
Note that TuneIn does not have that delay when playing from a computer, in my case an iMac using Chrome webbrowser.

No matter what update I do (soundtouch app update, update of the speaker itself), the 15 minutes delay stay.
Please solve this issue.

If you can consider this as a reaction...?see below Feel free to call helpdesk, possible contacts, ceo of Bose to sort this out quickly. The more the merrier.
Some guys contacted test-aankoop. (= Belgian consumer association) We bought an appliance for LIVE internetradio and NOT delayed cheap streams with less quality.
The best should be that we should be able to use our own url's
see reaction from Bose so far...

I heard rumours about Bose is refusing to prolong certain contracts, rights or licences with companies that provide these streaming services ...
same for me ; it's awful ! Really disapointed
