LOL, the delay on their phone support is even worse than the 15 minutes TuneIn VRT delay ...

Having the same problem. The previous app version worked well (used TuneIn with VRT radio stations and there was NO delay).

Hope that this will be solved soon as this makes my 4 Soundtouch useless.

We should ask ourselves if Bose cares about the Belgian customer?

Maybe there's a legal way to make Bose take care of this problem.....

Deze Joel, your answer is not food enough. Of you can 't fix the problem with TuneIn, go back to the of system in the meantime instead of hijacking our radios! Very unsattisfying and poor reactions from Bose for clients who bought their expensive products. If you want us to change to Sonos, so more compattible with android btw, you are doing a great job!

hi Joel, thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately I'm not really reassured.

Would like more someting as: IT will implement within 2 weeks a patch that allows users to insert a URL to their prefered radio stations, instead of having to use TuniIn.

The sollution is really stated a few times in this board already. You will always have to face responsability when you don't allow your users to freely connect to any station they like.

I appreciate the difficult job you are currently doing but it would be nice if the Bose IT crowd  and the people instructing them do their job and understand that we, the customer, pay them.

Not happy with this update Man Sad

15 minutes delay on radio stations in Belgium is not pleasant.

Also have the impression that quality has decreased.

Possible to configure a higher stream quality?
