UPDATED JUNE 12th - MASTER: Play All not working correctly after 19.x update
June 12th update:
I've gotten some information from the escalation team:
“We are very sorry for the inconvenience this issue may have caused and we appreciate all of the passion and feedback from all who have provided details and diagnostic logs related to this issue. Our software engineering team has been, and will continue to investigate why this issue is happening to some of our users and not all. We may ask some of you for additional information, such as make, model, and firmware of your routers and/or modems, to better understand root cause. We will update this thread as this investigation progresses.”
Thank you for your continued patience with the Play All issues we've been having after the most recent update.
In order to help resolve this issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Power reset your SoundTouch devices, along with your wireless router.
Force update your SoundTouch systems. Instructions for specific systems are as follows:
- SoundTouch 300
- SoundTouch 10, 20, 30, and Portable: Hold VOL- and 4 buttons on the top of the system for 5 seconds
- SoundTouch SA-4
- SoundTouch SA-5
- Lifestyle 600 & 650
- SoundTouch 120, 130, 220, 520, 525, 535, VideoWave III
If after troubleshooting you are still having Play All issues, please collect log files using THESE instructions, and please notify me on this thread so I can send a request for you to upload files.
We will update as soon as we hear any information from the escalation team regarding a fix. The more users that we can get to collect log files, the faster the escalation team will be able to get this resolved.
