Sure, absolutely - it was no big deal for me to collect the logs Barndon_M!
Was pleasure to be helpful on behalf of all other "Play all" folks who might not felt comfortable to collect the logs themselves.
I missed your mesage as I have just sent another set (18 total so far) of logs through.
Hopefully there are more good news on the way for all of us soon!
Keeping my fingers crossed!:)
Thank you Mattyboy - it was a pleasure to contribute a tiny bit to hopefully a successful resolution of the Play all issue!
And yes - I am too keeping my fingers crossed to hear about a reliable fix soon!:)
As mentioned in earlier posts - It was a pleasure to be helpful on behalf of all of us struggling since the mid May fw upgrade.
Hopefully we hear good news from Bose's engineering team soon.

I am no longer a Bose customer due to permanent let downs, but I still follow the forum. I was just wondering if anyone has the play all issue when all speakers are wired to their router? My current speakers had a similar issue and wiring them to my router worked. Its not an ideal solution for wireless speakers obviously, but im just trying to help you guys out.

I have four SoundTouch devices that were working fine - until I added virtually invisible 300 speakers - and now none of them are working correctly - especially with Play All. I've tried resets and reboots - but wish I had checked here first - as it appears to be a known issue - and the new speakers were a red herring. Are Bose software updates scheduled? - and if so, when is the next one due? - or are they ad-hoc, and a release pushed out once this is fixed?
(at) Brandon_M: can you share from Bose engineering team an "ETA" for the Play all firmware bug that has been troubling us almost for amlost a month now please?
