Unable to find connected speaker

My speker is connected and recognized, it plays the stations I had set. But now when I try to change stations, etc. I keep getting the message that the speaker can't be located. I have rebooted and reset it to no avail.

First, which SoundTouch speaker are you using? Are you experiencing this issue when using the SoundTouch app, using the preset buttons on the speaker itself, or both? 

 

I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps I've listed in this thread. Please let us know if this helps!

Thanks Brian,

 

I rebooted and reconnected several times to no avail. Then 'magically' the following day the app found the speaker.

 

I'm guessing it was the burnt offering I made to the wifi gods.
