Unable to have an stable connection

Hello, I have problems connecting my device. Usually it is not found by the app or Spotify, and when it is found, the connection is lost after a few minutes. The problems started a month ago. I have restarted the speakers several times, I have added it again several times and it continues the same. I cannot use my speakers anymore! How can I solve the problem?

Which provide the name and model number of your Bose product.

I am facing the same issue. It needs to be solved by Bose technical team asap. It is clear it is a bug in the system. I aldo have a Soundtouch 20 and spotify sync is simply not working at all.
