not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, but after working for months my universal remote no longer recognises my Virgin Media TIVO. My system is a sound bar 700 and all was working fine until last night. I’ve followed instructions to reset the universal remote and have reset the Bose and reconnected the remote. Everything else (TV, music etc) all working fine.
i’ve tried Brand VMedia, TIVO and Virgin Media but nothing works
any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear that your remote has stopped operating your Tivo. We should be able to help you get it working again. Do you mind if I ask:
• Which Bose system does the remote control?
• Was there anything that coincided with it losing control of the Tivo?
