Useless product

I’m not sure if it’s just me but I have a couple of SoundTouch 10 systems and they all are a piece of crap.

Internet radio stops playing after a while, same when playing music from my synology.

Fixing this takes forever. More then once I have to start from scratch.

Expensive Bluetooth speaker. Useless product.

By what you say the synology must be a usless product also.

Why? Synology works fine with al other devices.
