Installed my parents’ new Wave Soundtouch yesterday easily, worked like a charm from the beginning. Since this morning: no more connection with the app/no more wifi-light/... tried everything up to disconnecting power for 30 seconds, factory resetting the whole system and every other suggestion found on Bose Community. Pins from connector base-to-speaker not bent nor broken, hasn’t been disconnected overnight so can’t seem to figure out what might have triggered the failure. Do we take the system in for (warranty) fix in the store? Thank you in advance!
Thank you for posting. Sorry to hear you are having this issue. You did everything possible we would of suggested for troubleshooting. For service, you would need to contact your local service group. If you go HERE, select your country, scroll to the bottom of the page, choose "Contact Us" and a number will displayed.
