Wired laptop can't connect to wireless products

I have wireless link adapters, 300s, sa5s, and 650s both wired and wireless, more wired than not.
edit for product list: three wireless link adapters, ten sa5 amps, two 650s, two 300s

My wired laptop can't see the wireless products and my wireless laptop can't see the wired product.

But they could at time of install in January.

I can see wired and wireless devices using both my wired and wireless laptops.

Any tips?

Hello YesThisIsBill

Thanks for posting in the community!  Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing, but I'd be glad to help.

Can you please provide the make/model of your router and any access points or switches?

Have you also been able to reboot either routers or switches?

Are you using a Windows or Mac machine?

Warm Regards,

Tony - Community Support

Hello YesThisIsBill

Thanks for getting back with the information!

Can you log into the main router and check to see if IGMP Snooping is an available setting?  We've seen that in the past if the setting is disabled, these symptoms can occur.

Warm Regards,

Tony

Re: Wired laptop can't connect to wireless products

What firmware is the WLC running on?

Is mDNS enabled or not?

Can you create an SSID and only assign the SSID to be broadcasted on the 802.11a radio?

Disable 802.11b data rates:  From 1- to 11 Mbps, make 12-, 18- and 24 Mbps Mandatory and the rest are Supported.

Force deauthenticate the speakers you can't see and then run a debug using the command "debug client <BOSE MAC address>".  When they have connected, post the complete output to the command "sh client detail <MAC address>".

Let us know how you go.  I'll have a look at the output.
