been 20+days,no updates on the tracking number

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Ordered on Nov 11,2020. Shipment label created in few days, up to date, it has been more than 20 days. The status of the order shows the order is ready for UPS. Can’t not reach customer service by the phone provided online , neither WhatsApp. Hopefully someone can help me through here.

 

What environment do you experience the issue in?

(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
