Im srry if my English is not that good, but im having the same issue, and when i do the steps you said, i get the amber light, but it doesnt blink, stay on all the time, even when i pressed the reset button for more than 15 secs. What should i do?? thx a lot for the help.
Hi, i have not found the solution yet, i have the same problem, after reset button presed the light dose not blink, i will try to call the support center on phone.
I'm sorry to hear that. Please call your local service center HERE. If the SoundLink Air is not performing the reset, it will need service.
