Re: bose soundtouch

May be related to similar problem I have with Soundtouch 20 and 10 on wi-fi where app recognises 20 is there but doesn't find my hard drive music & won't pair with 10 to "Play All" no matter what the source. But start with the 10, which finds hard drive music & then press "Play All, and it opens up the 20. Contacted Bose who told me it is a known problem related to the latest update, and they are working to resolve it. Expect another update next week.

Re: bose soundtouch

Hi there duffwee9,

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having with detecting the systems on your network.

Can you try to power cycle your wireless router?  Unplug the power for 30 seconds, reconnect, and lets see if the systems appear in the Soundtouch app (even if only temporarily).

How long has this been happening for?

What do you have the app installed on?  Can you try a different device with the SoundTouch app installed on it?

Thanks,

Brandon
