can't play all speakers with sound touch app

Like other users, my app can see the two soundtouch speakers I have, and it appears that they are playing simultaneously, but no sound is coming out of one. This is a constant issue, and happens every time there is an update.  PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

I will need to gather some additional details to understand what is going on.

 

  • How many and which models of the SoundTouch speakers do you own?
  • What's the make and model fo your router and any access points you may have?
  • Have you tried rebooting your router and SoundTouch system by unplugging them from power for 30 seconds?
