cant connect

downloaded the app. turned on the speaker. when i tried to connect the app says it cant find the bose server. rebooted the speaker.same thing. echo dot connected fine so not a wifi problem. whats wrong!

Sorry to hear about the issues!  Did you download the app on your mobile phone or computer?  If it's a mobile phone, is it connected to Wi-Fi, or using data?
