error 3101

Hi, I have a bose soundtouch 30, but the conection with deezer isn't working, when I try to play the songs I get a message with error 3101, "can't play right now"

The issue with Deezer should be resolved.  Can you test and report back?

I have the same error/issue on all soundtouch models - 10, 20 and the system.

I have also since yeasterday the same problem with 20 and 30
Is it an app failure ?

Yes there is currently an app issue leading to this error: https://community.bose.com/t5/SoundTouch-Speakers/Collection-Deezer-malfunction-amp-Soundtouch-skipp...

 

You as many others get it with Deezer ...
