iphone SE running IOS 14.3 does not see the soundtouch 10 to connect with bluetooth

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Hi arelsih,

 

Welcome to the Community, thanks for joining us!
 

As you've mentioned that your iPhone does not see the speaker to connect via Bluetooth, are you able to see the speaker from any other Bluetooth devices to connect at all? If you have another smartphone, tablet, or another Bluetooth device, it would be useful to know if those can see the speaker or not as well.

 

When you've been trying to connect the iPhone, have you been following the steps shown HERE? If not, I would definitely recommend you do so to make sure it is pairing to the speaker correctly!
