not seeing TuneIn or Customer URL after update

Hi,

 

what should I do, if I do not see the CustomURL feature nor TuneIn, even I have upgraded the Soundtouch software ?

I'm sorry to see you're not able to see TuneIn or the Custom URL function in your SoundTouch app, but I'd be happy to assist.

 

Are you able to upload a screenshot of your SoundTouch app after selecting the hamburger menu at the top left?

Thank you for all the details. 

 

That is indeed odd that this is happening to you since those are both embedded streaming sources.

 

What's the make and model of your router? Have you recently changed your router? Did you attempt a reboot of your router by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds?

 

How many and what SoundTouch system do you own?

the router is Mikrotik RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT.. I have it for 1 year and restarted many times.

 

I own 1 piece of SoundTouch 20

Hello Zajbo,

 

Thank you very much for the reply with the details.

 

Can you try testing a factory default to your SoundTouch 20 system? Instructions can be found HERE.

 

After you perform the default, set it back up to your network and let us know if those sources show back up.

isnt the custom url in the settings and not in the music services?

Yes, you're correct, but they are also unable to see the embedded TuneIn service as well.

I had the exact same problem this morning. Presets had disappeared from the Soundtouch and TuneIn was no longer showing up on the app on my phone.

I was having some issues with my home wifi / broadband this morning which have now been resolved. This has also seen TuneIn return to the app.

I didn't have to do a factory reset - everything just sorted itself out.
