pauses /lag time during internet streaming music
When streaming music from internet services like Spotify, I experience sudden stops or pauses and a signficant lag time until it starts up again. Very jarring and ruins the entire purpose of wireless streaming speakers.
1. Product: Soundtouch 10.
2. The speaker is located right next to the router.
3. I live in an urban area and I (supposedly) have "high-speed" internet service.
I am looking for troubleshooting information to determine whether the problem is with the router, the speaker itself, internet speed/connectivity issues or something else. I find no information in the Bose website Support area on this topic.
Can anyone help? I'm a basic informed user, not an audiophile or IT type person. THANK YOU!
