I have a Bose SoundTouch 300. I am trying to add Bose skill to Amazon Alexa. While trying to authenticate to my Bose SoundTouch account "firstname.lastname@example.org" I am getting an error. I followed the instructions as mentioned in https://community.bose.com/t5/SoundTouch-Archive/Alexa-and-Bose-SoundTouch/m-p/96943/highlight/true#....
Also tried using the option "Send Temporary Password". I have waited for more than 2 hours, have checked my Spam folder as well, but I am not receiving the temporary password.
Can you please help?

I was able to test this in the office, and the reset password email came in a matter of seconds. I would suggest reaching out to your local support center by clicking HERE. Just select your country and Contact Us at the bottom to display a number for support in your area.
