After the last software update my sound touch 30 and 3 sound touch 20's no longer connect to my iplayer library on my iMac. The same 3604 error. Tried reboot router and iMac and sound touch but no joy help please

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you're experiencing with the error code 3604 - is this when you're trying to play through the iTunes library?
If so, this would be as a result of the latest Mac OS update. Could you confirm to me which version of Mac OS you're running?
Due to the latest Mac OS update, iTunes is now Apple Music meaning that iTunes XML files are no longer supported by third-party applications. I do apologize for any inconvenience, but in the meantime, you will be able to work around this by playing your music through Bluetooth/Airplay.
