sound touch 30 faults

Hi All

i purchace a sound touch 30 in 2013 and i have had nothing but trouble with it.

 

First problems were consent faults connecting with my wi-fi after loads of phone calls to technical help they decided to replace it then when it was replaced i still had the same faults but not as often.

 

6 months ago it decided not to switch on at all by this time i was ready to throw it in the bin after a couple of week i plugged it in and it work, now it is dead as a dodo.

 

I believe that the money we pay for Bose products they should be a longer then 12 months warrenty like 5 years.

Has anyone else had any of the same problems?

Hi treagy, 

 

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had so many issues. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can you try to reload the software on your system using the procedure HERE? Sometimes, re-loading the software this way may bring a system back to life. If it doesn't work, you will want to reach out to us HERE so we can proceed with service.
