Do you have any additions to your Soundbar such as the Acoustimass 300/Bass Module 700 or the Virtually Invisible 300 Wireless Surround Speakers?
Is the crackling noise coming from a specific speaker or all speakers?
Does the crackling noise occur when you use any other devices such as a Bluetooth paired device or anything from the SoundTouch App such as Spotify?

i had only soundtouch300 soundbar.
only dolby digital source crackling noise coming from .
pcm , and other device wolk great

Is the noise coming from all areas of the Soundbar or just a particular side/section?

Using the Netflix app on my Samsung unq7fn TV --> HDMI ARC --> Bose Soundtouch 300
During some scenes, I hear this crackling sound
but pcm sound had no happen this cracking , only DD source happen , ps4 pro DD source had same problem
