Hi My Soundtouch app stopped working after i installed latest version. It was working fine earlier but now I am getting a message "unable to connect to system" I guess recent software updates might be the culprit? I am using Windows 7 enterprise version. - Ravi
HI Ravi, If this happened directly after moving your SoundTouch software to version 13, please try the following steps first.
Reboot your SoundTouch products manually after the software update.
Make sure that the subsequent 13.0.11 update was installed as well. (You can check this in the app under EXPLORE > SETTINGS > ABOUT > Soundtouch App)
Double-check your Windows Firewall settings to make sure that the SoundTouch app's new version received permission to communicate externally. (or if you run another 3rd party security software, check in its firewall settings instead)
