Re: 11/20 Update: TuneIn/internet radio information
Saying "the transition (to TuneIn) was not as seamless as we hoped" is a bit like ther captain of the Titanic saying there were a couple of disappointments on the ship's maiden voyage.
And now you are getting us, the listeners, to track down the problems with TuneIn which you should have researched before switching us to it completely.
I read the in-app message about TuneIn before the switchover. It did not communicate tio me that we were going to lose the Internet Radio link, so it was in the event very misleading. Had I known beforehand, you would have heard from me!
Radio Mozart (All Mozart, all the time) - the link is visible, but connects to a completely different pop music station. I emailed TuneIn from their web site 24 hours ago. No response, not even an auto-reply. This is the service you force me to use on my thousand-Euro-plus internet radio set-up?
It is not the only station I've lost, but I don't carry all the names in my head, and there were way more than the 6 possible in presets.
I have in the past recommended Bose, but I could no longer do that.
