hopefully it is ok to put this out here, but a radio station that has been running fine is unavailable through SoundTouch (and my ST 20) from yesterday. It is an Icelandic station called Bylgjan, I can open it from the TuneIn app on my iPhone, but not from SoundTouch, there i get error 3103.

Despite many posts I still can't get my favourite radio station.
"Athens Blues Radio"
I'm still annoyed that having bought an internet radio system over £2K it was high jacked by Tunin. Now it's not an internet radio. Bose is very low in my esteem and so far I have put off three friends from buying anything from them. Put this right Ind I could change my view.
Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry you are unhappy with Tunein.
I have tried getting you a link for that particular steam to be played within the Tunein functionality but the link you have provided me with will not allow me to listen to the live stream. If you can get the live stream to work, you can follow the directions in this post and it will allow you to generate a URL that will work within the Tunein functionality.
I hope this helps!
Have a great day.

Posting this here again, this station is still offline in the Bose ST app despite being available on TuneIn:
All my other stations play as supposed to.
Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried the steps mentioned in my last post?
Let me know how you get on.
Have a great day!
thanx for the reply. Funny thing is this channel just broke 2 days ago, it had been working flawlessly for at least a year until that, thought you guys could look into that. Strange that it is missing suddenly from ST app but working fine on TuneIn app.
I am using iOS to manage my ST speakers and do not find a feature in that app to paste URLs for the stream.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I can certainly pass this feedback onto our team who can look into it for you. In the meantime, if you go into your SoundTouch app > Main menu > Settings > Stream Custom URL. You can then paste the custom URL you created via my last post's instructions, this should then allow you to listen to your radio station.
Hope this helps!
great tip! I found the stream (through some extensive searching, as the station web uses java objects to hide the address). Great advice, you're a genious!
Thanks for the help and great products, love the ST line of speakers!
