Our Acoustimass 300 Bass Module has failed today with no power after 3 years of light usage. I've tried different power outlets and cables but the issue still persists. I've now contacted Bose support and the repair is £125! Really disappointed that such a premium product could fail so soon, and looking on the discussion board its seems quite a reoccurring issue for people. If its a weakness in the technical design then i would of hoped Bose would show some good will and meet the customers half way.
