Have exactly the same issue since yesterday.
the AM300 is part of my LS650 and the who unit was replaced in 2019 due to the old AM300 issue connecting to console.
Now after about 18 months since the replacement the Bass module no longer turns on.
This is the worse experience and purchase I ever had in my whole life.
so disappointed from Bose, will no longer buy ANYTHING from them.

This is clearly an ongoing issue. I can't even raise a service request, I get some cryptic message telling me my product isn't supported in my country and I should go to my own country's website. Except I'm on the Australian website. I am so tired of the appalling support, and just generally poor customer support from Bose, given how ridiculously expensive these products are. Website claims they only offer a 1 year warranty on an $8000 product. Even $1000 phones are obliged to provide a 2 year warranty.
Has anybody found an answer to why these incredibly expensive pieces of hardware are regularly failing to function without the slightest provocation?
