I have 14 units connected across the house, 3 x ST 30's, 6 x SA 4's & 5 x SA 5's, all of which have worked perfectly for a few years. Over the weekend playing two zones, everything worked fine, then a later in the day I lost one of the zones, and having woken up this morning I now have all but one of the ST 30's disconnected.
I have the white static connection light on, and every time I try to "reconnect a speaker" the system goes into reset on each unit.
I have reinstalled the app on my Mac, iPhone and iPad and reinstalled - no joy!
The nearest I got was reconnecting two speakers and then everything stalled at the "naming speaker" stage.
Has anyone suffered the same problems, if so did you manage to solve it???

@S15mon Check the thread here - some of us are having similar problems. One user has offered a solution at the end of the 2nd page of posts - basically reset all speakers, create a new ST account, and add the speakers back. I haven't tried this yet, but planning to later today if no other solution offered from Bose - dreading doing it with just 6 speakers and with the amount you have it will be a pain, but if you are desperate like I am then probably worth trying.
I have the same problems ..with (3 x ST10, 2 x ST20 and 1 x ST 300)
1 week ago... problems start:
Speakers rebooting on their own,
Soundtouch app did not recognize speakers
When Soundtouch recognize a speaker, i can not assigning a name to a speaker

I have exactly the same issues
. 4x ST-20
. 3x ST-10
. 2x ST-300
on my network. All working fine up to 1 week ago. All speakers resetting spontaneously.
Tried reconnecting, router rebooting etc. Nothing seems to work.
All speakers turned into useless and expensive bricks now...
Looking forward to a solution arriving soon.
