I have an issue where my am300 bass module is not powered at all , lead is giving power to sub but sub will not work or be identified at all by the app. Everything was working fine until I updated the app last week 😢 . Not happy at all support via WhatsApp is not available support via messenger on f book no response at all. Sub is only 3 yrs old and has had very minimal use so so unhappy with this. I’ve read previous posts about same problems come on Bose sort this out instead of just telling people to reach out to a repair centre 🤬 these things cost a fortune and also will cost mega money to ship somewhere.
is there an internal fuse in the bass module?
