Hi,
it looks like since 2017 there is no updates regarding this topic. I just bought a Sound Touch 10 because it was written "iTunes could be played on it"; Apple music is accessed through iTunes, nevertheless, I cannot play Apple Music (I'm not even able to connect with my library even though I've checked the setup, but that's different topic).
Please, can you clarify it you are going to include Apple Music or not? If you are not, I'll return the product... Please, it's URGENT as I have a return period for it...
Thanks.
Regards,
Ramón García, a disappointed (first time) customer... (and last time?)
Never believe what BOSE tells you, they promised Soundtouch Airplay for 2 years. Return it ASAP go with Sonos.
If you have a chance to return it, do so. Bose added 2 music services and took one off in the 3 years I have this product. Plus they have promised Airplay 2, and now it is two years and they still dont know how and when it will be implemented. Return it and get Sonos
Hello Ramonrgd,
Thank you for reaching out via the Bose Community. Welcome to the site.
We currently have no information to share regarding whether Apple Music will be coming to SoundTouch as a music service.
If you wish to listen to music via Apple Music, you can currently use Bluetooth as an alternative, or Airplay on older SoundTouch speakers that support Airplay 1.
Kind regards,

I told you so. Bull**bleep** all the way. Get rid of it ASAP, I would if I could afford it ;-(
Goodmorning everyone. Have anyone news about bose soundtouch support and apple homekit?
Bose had to release the update two years ago but still nothing.

Hi. You need to mind that bose lied to us. They even dont answer on forum
Can't we do something all together against bose? commercial promises must be respected.
yes. Spam information about lies on their social media
Thats a change of position from 'it will be implemented'
Please give us a straight answer - yes or no
