Audio Streaming on SoundTouch speakers

Since last update (SoundTouch 10 and 30II) I can’t stream Radio con Vos 89,9 FM from tune in.

Now I’m getting error 6153. Again just with SXM.

I cannot get 3 radio stations (BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4) that are on my preset stations. I am in the UK.

Instead I get buffering and then an error message 3103.

I was able to get these stations until a few days ago.

I have reset the radio, and removed and reinstalled the Bose SoundTouch app but this has made no difference.

3 other radio stations on presets are still working.

I'm also trying to tune the following radio station thru Tunein (Radio Kiss FM Sao Paulo) inside Bose app, but it gives me the error 3103. I've tried everything which appears in this Error 3103 topic.

super-flaky streaming for over a year now. Soundtouch 10.

somafm.com, local australian channels, random international stations, all drop out regularly. It is NOT the modem or competing resources.

Seems I am having similar issues to others. Have soundtouch Home Theatre System, plus a mix of 10s and Wave system. Very impressed with sound and general functionality when it's working. Spotify will not work the last week or so. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, forced stop and done all I can think of to get it working. I can stream a couple of radio stations. Spotify works fine. I can search and find content in the SoundTouch app, but when I press 'play' (with single or multiple STouch speakers active) the app just freezes.

I'm actually having the issues on my Bose Soundtouch 30  - Bluetooth not connecting to my laptop and error number 3103 when I try and play 1 particular radio station. I have tried absolutely all of the problem solving ideas but nothing works.

Can you please help me?
