I filed a service ticket back on February 25th for my Bose Soundbar 300. The problem with the Soundbar is that it wont power up. It was working just fine the day before, but next day I did a regular power on but it wont turn on. Bose helpdesk opened a ticket and told me that they will be shipping a box for me to send in the soundbar for repair but the box never arrived despite my multiple calls with the service desk.
I have made recent attempts to reach the service desk line, but they seem to be closed.
I would really appreciate a fix here so I can start using my Soundbar 300.
