Having problems maintaining connection with Wi-Fi and sky q. It seems to just knock out the Wi-Fi. Sky says there is a Blackspot. I'm at a loss. Is there something I'm not doing. Or can anyone suggest a solution. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about this issue with Wi-Fi connectivity.
Could you please confirm that you are referring to the SoundTouch 300 Soundbar and not the Home Speaker 300?
From my understanding, a Wi-Fi blackspot is an area that is difficult to receive Wi-Fi signals. Therefore, I would recommend contacting your internet service provider.
