ST app not loading on iPad Pro using OS 14. Tries to load, spins & spins.

 

The option for allowing Local Network access in Bose Music settings is missing.

 

Tried rebooting, redownloading, changing to a different network. No success.

 

Just saw the comment that someone spoke with Support & it's a known issue.

SoundTouch

My SoundTouch application was recently updated on all my devices (iPad, iPhone etc). My iPad and iPhone was also updated to the latest IOS operationg system (13.7). Since these updates the SoundTouch application does not load on the iPad Pro. However, it works very well and much more efficiently on my iPhones.

 

i Herve removed and re-installed the application on the iPad but the issue still remained. Please help me to overcome this issue.

Hi I have same issue..

 

Works on iPhone ios14. 

        Ipad Mini ios14

        Fails on IPad Pro 12.9.

I also had problems with 13.7, I have upgraded to 14.0 this morning and unfortunately I still have the same issues, I get the Soundtouch logo come up and then the bufferring icon but nothing further happens, what is the solution Bose?

Together with the TUNE-IN issues in the UK this week, this not good at all.

Same problem here 18/09/20 as everyone else, all i have is the bose logo and a spinning circle, yes it has asked to connect to local network and I have told it to do this, nothing happens.

Also I can't find any option in the various menus on the Ipad to check if the local network is on or off, nothing looks like the screen shots that you are showing.

 

The app works fine on my PC running windows 10, the iphone seems to ok too

 

is there a solution or am i now cut off from the 4 sound touch units we have in the house!!!

Problem with SoundTouch app v. 26.0.0. on iPad - app dosn't work at all !

SoundTouch v. 26.0.0. (date 26 September 2020) won't open on any iPad that i have. I have iPads on iOS 13 and iOS14 and all with same problems. I tried to reinstall the app, restart the iPad, and many other reset combination, but app won't start properly.

On start it just shows app logo in the middle of the white screen and stops at that. 

Please solve this because BOSE system is totaly unusable in my setup now.

 

After each update same problems...

Same here, tried on 5 iPads, iOS13 and iOS14, app won't start. On iPhone 11 works just fine. BOSE please fix it and don't touch app that works anymore

Sound touch app won’t load

After yesterday’s update to the sound touch app it won’t load on any of my iPads. Just a white screen with the Bose logo in the center.

Thank you for re-assuring my issue. Bose please help as I no longer can play music using the soundtouch application on my iPad as it buffers continuously!!!!
