Hello, I have a Bose 500 smart home speaker. It connected to wifi when I first purchased it in November,  but shortly after it disconnected and now is unable to be recognized. I have rebooted both the speaker, my wifi, the app, and my phone. I have checked my firewall on my wifi. It will pick up my bluetooth on my phone and play music, but it wont connect to do anything independently.  Any other thoughts?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your Home Speaker 500 connecting to the network. Let's see what I can suggest for you! 


I think we may need to set your speaker up again on the WiFi. I have included a LINK HERE to assist you with the factory reset. Once complete, you can then try setting up in the app again.
