I placed an order online last week and my order was promptly dispatched. However on the day of delivery I received notification from UPS that the item was damaged. I contacted Customer Service only to be told they won’t replace it until they’ve done an investigation on how it was damaged and gave me a “case number”!!
Why should I have to wait for a replacement when the problem happened before it even reached me?!
They have confirmation on both the UPS tracking and by email from UPS that damage occurred so what are they “investigating”???
