What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on

(Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

What environment do you experience the issue in?

(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

I replaced battery thinking it was problem.  Is there any repair facility that I can send to?  Bose says they  don't support product anymore.. Item is like new.  Thanks 

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forums. 

 

Being in the USA, you have the ability to look into your service options using the tool on our website and your serial number. 

 

In the meantime, the steps here can help if your system is not powering on.
