Error 3103

My Soundtocuh 10 doesn’t play spotify in the wifi mode, the app tell me “error 3103”. Someone help me please, i have this error in the last week and I don’t find a solution jet.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community! Sorry to hear that you are having this experience, I would love to assist you with this. 

 

I would recommend that we start with force closing the SoundTouch app completely on your device, as well as performing a reset on the device. Let's also remove Spotify from the SoundTouch account by following these steps below: 

  • In the SoundTouch app, choose Menu > Settings > Music Services
  • Select the Spotify
  • Select your account for the service (this is typically your email address or login for the service)
  • Select REMOVE ACCOUNT

Another great step would also be to reset your router by disconnecting it from power for around 1 minute to reset it.

hi

i have the same problem 

your solution didn't work 

i have lifestyle 600 its working with Bluetooth but not whith wi-fi

spotify dont see my system  at all

Do you have Spotify within the Bose Music app?

 

Do you receive any error messages/codes? If so, what do these state?

 

Do other WiFi services work fine on your system?
