My Soundtocuh 10 doesn’t play spotify in the wifi mode, the app tell me “error 3103”. Someone help me please, i have this error in the last week and I don’t find a solution jet.

I would recommend that we start with force closing the SoundTouch app completely on your device, as well as performing a reset on the device. Let's also remove Spotify from the SoundTouch account by following these steps below:
Another great step would also be to reset your router by disconnecting it from power for around 1 minute to reset it.

Do you have Spotify within the Bose Music app?
Do you receive any error messages/codes? If so, what do these state?
Do other WiFi services work fine on your system?
