How can I delete my accounts on bose.com?

I have now three accounts for my SoundTouch 20 but no account works. The speaker can't be added to the accounts.


So I which to delete the accounts.


Unfortunatly the SoundTouch is to old to sent it back.

Thank you for reaching out. 


I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your SoundTouch 20 and I would love to help you to resolve them. Of course regardless of if we resolve them or not please send an email to privacyandsecurity@bose.com to have your accounts deleted. 


To set up the speaker I would recommend following this link here, to complete the alternate set up mode for your speaker. 


If you still have issues after that please let me know and I can look to help you further.
