How can I delete my accounts on

I have now three accounts for my SoundTouch 20 but no account works. The speaker can't be added to the accounts.


So I which to delete the accounts.


Unfortunatly the SoundTouch is to old to sent it back.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your SoundTouch 20 and I would love to help you to resolve them. Of course regardless of if we resolve them or not please send an email to to have your accounts deleted. 


To set up the speaker I would recommend following this link here, to complete the alternate set up mode for your speaker. 


If you still have issues after that please let me know and I can look to help you further.
