I've gone through all of the steps of resetting my system uninstalling the app AND I STILL CANT GET THE **bleep** THING TO CONNECT TO MY PHONE!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS BESIDES TOSSING IT OUT THE WINDOW?

Is this the 700 headphones or soundbar?
Are you having difficulties in connecting directly to the Bose Music app? Do you get any error messages at all?
