Got a new iphone (verizon) to replace an earlier AT&T iphone. SoundTouch can't be persuaded to recognize and connect to the new one. Following protocols/instructions, but can't connect. Suggestions? (And, why isn't Bose itself answering my issue?) Thanks.
Through the SoundTouch app, make sure you are signed into the same account that you were previously signed into and the ST should already be linked. If you created a new account you will have to go through the original setup procedure (Add device, search for wifi, put ST in Setup mode, follow rest of instructions)
Through BT, hold down the BT button to place in pairing mode, find ST on devices BT settings.
