Not able to connect sound bar 700 to APP

I bought a new sound bar 700 along with the bass and since three days I am not able to connect the APP to my sound bar 


I read all the comment and follow all suggested ideas and does not work 


I am using I Phone x 


how I can solve this issue

Sorry to hear you've had trouble hooking up your Soundbar 700 and Bass Module. I'd be happy to guide you through the setup stages so you can start experiencing the system!


You've mentioned the following comments, where were these from?


What I'd advise you to try first is to check your Soundbar 700 is in setting up mode and can be found by the Bose Music app on your iPhone X. To do this, simply press the TV icon and Skip Back buttons for five seconds - you should notice an amber light on the front of the soundbar. Then, follow the steps HERE to complete the rest of your setup.
