PC not finding all speakers

My 2 PC's have started not finding all my speakers (Works fine in my mobile app).

Have rebooted all speakers including router but then couldn't find a different speaker.

I have a ST20 + two sets of paired ST10's + a ST120.

Any ideas?

Thanks - PC's were not seeing the left speaker of the pair

Did factory reset but PC's could not connect through USB

Eventually got pair back with mobile.

Now able to manage on PC's again,

Like the about feature - Thanks James

Re: PC not finding all speakers

Hi Jim38,

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry that you are experiencing some connectivity issues with your SoundTouch speakers.

Are you using the computer SoundTouch app? Or are you trying to connect your speakers via Bluetooth?

Do let us know, we would love to look into this with you.

Re: PC not finding all speakers

That's great, thanks for confirming this Jim.

Do you see any of your speakers at all in the computer SoundTouch app? If so, which can/cannot be seen?

Have you ensured that your app is up to date as well as all your SoundTouch speakers? To manually update your speakers, follow these instructions.

Do let us know how you get on.

Re: PC not finding all speakers

Thanks

So my one PC has become fine on its own but the other PC still has the same problem.

See the screen snip below:

The speaker is greyed out & the slider is unresponsive - ST10pairL + STpairR (L+R)

Updates is greyed out in my mobile app.

Re: PC not finding all speakers

Thanks for confirming, Jim.

Are there any notable differences between the computers that may align with this issue?

For example, are they both on the same router? Is one on an extender?

Thanks.

Re: PC not finding all speakers

No difference - ST10Pair now greyed out on both PC's. Is fine on my mobile.

Re: PC not finding all speakers

I do have additional routers connected to my modem to boost the signal but all share the same wifi network name.

This has not been a problem in the past

Re: PC not finding all speakers

Thanks for getting back in touch.

As a means of testing, can you please unpair the speakers from their stereo pairing, then check if the speakers appear as an available device on the PCs. If they show up as available devices, can you then try to create a new stereo pairing from the SoundTouch app on the PC.

With regard to group playback, be sure to make the speaker that is closest to your internet router is the master. You can check signal quality within the SoundTouch app by going to Settings > About > then if you tap on the speaker's name you will see the reported signal level.

Thanks.
