Company Proximus gave me a new router , new network name and new pasword...now doiing the reset of the SoundTouch 20....but when I have to choose witch network to connect the POP uP screen with ...pls wait comes in front and won’t go away ...so I can t choose a network....and I am stuck....no more sound from the SoundTouch 20😢 this is happing on iPhone 11 Pro , iPad Air ....

I am sorry you are having some difficulties connecting to your WiFi network after changing it. Let's get this fixed for you. We will want to factory reset the system as this will allow us to start from scratch. After this, if you still cannot connect to your new network, check out the steps here and here as this should get you set up.
