Problem connecting my soundbar 300 to google assistant

Hi I just bought the smart soundbar 300 and have problems connecting it to google assistant, i get the error code C8 - SC103

Bose product name

Bose smart soundbar 300

 

Country

Sweden 

Firmware Version

 

App Version

Just downloaded it, 4.5.4

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Iphone X IOS 14,6

 

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Never worked

Any troubleshooting steps you took

I tried this https://community.bose.com/t5/Enceintes-portables/Connexion-assistant-vocal-ERREUR-C8-SC103/td-p/560...

 

 with using google chrome instead but as a standard webpage but not sure i did it properly

 

I also have problems setting at least alexa to english it is in german now.

Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with getting your voice assistant setup of your Smart Soundbar 300. 

 

It's great that you've been through some troubleshooting, including clearing the cookies and trying setup with Google Chrome.

 

Could you explain what you mean by "as a standard webpage"? 

 

Do you have the Google Assistant already connected to another Bose Music account?
