Problem with Alexa

I have the Soundbar 500 and it was working fine. Then today Alexa just stopped working. Won't respond to commands. The speaker is working fine, plays music and the audio from the TV. I've tried to reset it but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Bose Community.

 

Sorry to hear you're unable to use Alexa with your Soundbar 500. Let's try removing Alexa and then re-enabling it. 

 

You can do this by going to the Bose Music app, select the Soundbar 500 > then click the bottom right image of the product > Settings > Voice Assistant. 

Also, In the Alexa app, disable and re-enable the Bose skill. Then set up Alexa again in the Bose Music app.
