I'm sorry to hear about this. It sounds like we need to take a look at the status of the HDMI-CEC option. To do this, in the SoundTouch app, select Menu > Settings > Speaker Settings, then select your system. Select Advanced Setup > HDMI-CEC. Tap the desired option. If this circumstance, you would need to test the Default On and the Alternate on options. Then tap X towards the top of the app to exit the menu.
