Re: SiriusXM Connection Issue

Looks like Bose and SiriusXM are having similar issues with connection and Availability as last year. It was working perfect last week.  Even showed song titles for SiriusXM stations. I have tried reconnect speakers and reinstalling app and resetting router. Same issue. What is going on ? Were there updates to the app or speakers? Help please.

looks like good old Bose has gone back to its old ways again no Sirius xm service again error 4501 i thought all this was behind us after over 3 months of good service how wrong i was lucky i have a Sonos works fine im very unhappy again NO SERVICE AVAILABLE TODAY 19/05/20

Re: SiriusXM "Service Unavailable" from SoundTouch app or preset on 10/20

SiriusXM is not playing on my ST 10 speakers. The SiriusXM channel shows but no music.  I get an error message:  We cannot play that right now. Please try again later. Error 3103. Please help fix this. I have deleted and reinstalled SiriusXM. SiriusXM plays on my iPad and iPhone.   I have deleted and reconnected the ST 10 speaker. My ST 10 soft ware is version 26.0.1 and my ST app software is version 26.0.5. I am at a loss on what to do.
